Who we are
Hi, we are the owners and providers at Liberty Wellness. Dr. Brooke Aronson and Dr. Matthew Persons. We began our journey in health care many years ago when we became Doctors of Chiropractic. Since then, we have opened a chiropractic clinic (Liberty Chiropractic Institute) and now Liberty Wellness both located in Raleigh, NC.
Being chiropractors, we have learned so much about nutrition and functional medicine in school. We continued to learn more and more about nutrition, weight loss, and finding the root cause of so many chronic diseases. We are passionate about patient outcomes and strive to get patients exactly where they want to be.
We are passionate about healing because we have had our own struggles with weight and health concerns. Many of which came after having a baby.
We have been able to combat these issues and heal. We have used GI Maps, functional labs, peptides and micro-dosing GLP-1s to help with gut function, weight loss and reducing inflammation.
The work is never done! We know what its like to ache, feel self conscious and have no energy. We also know what it’s like to feel our best and look good too!

No! You will feel some heat from the laser, but it is not painful. If you experience any discomfort, your esthetician can adjust the settings to make it more comfortable for you while still remaining effective.
How many sessions are needed?
Because everyone has a unique body type and lifestyle, the number of sessions needed may vary from person to person.

However, for the most optimal results, most people come in every couple weeks or monthly and end up doing a package of at least 5 sessions.
This is largely dependent on the condition of your skin and your age. The sooner you start, the sooner you can slow down that aging process & the less treatments you would probably need to hit your goals.
How long do results last?
The results are long-lasting with proper maintenance. We typically recommend coming in for occasional sessions after the treatment package ends for the best maintenance of appearance and upkeep of your youthful appearance.
